Shipping and Response Time Delays
We are currently experiencing extended delays in shipping and inquiry response times due in part to the COVID-19 situation, 3rd party shipping company policies and a massive surge in seasonal orders. Orders usually get processed and shipped out of our warehouse within 3-5 business days and may require up to 7 days of transit time depending on your location and type of order placed.
If you are looking for your initial order confirmation email, you may want to check your spam folder and mark it as "not spam" for future communications. Once your order is shipped out of our warehouse you should receive an email notification with tracking information. If you are looking to address a potential warranty claim, please write "Warranty Inquiry" in the subject line so that we can funnel your request to our warranty department.
